→ Garlic Butter
07 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
08 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
10 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
11 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
02 - Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
03 - Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Cover dough and let rest for 10 minutes to relax gluten.
05 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
06 - Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each into a 6-inch rope and tie into knots.
07 - Place knots on baking sheet evenly spaced.
08 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
09 - Melt butter in a small saucepan, add garlic and cook on low for 1 minute. Stir in parsley and salt.
10 - Brush warm knots generously with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
11 - Serve knots warm.
