01 - 4 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 16 fresh mint leaves, washed and dried

03 - 8 ounces feta cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes

04 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)
06 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

07 - 16 small wooden or bamboo skewers
# Directions:
01 - Slice the watermelon and feta cheese into uniform 1-inch cubes using a sharp knife.
02 - Thread one watermelon cube, one mint leaf, and one feta cube onto each skewer. Continue until all skewers are assembled.
03 - Neatly place the prepared skewers on a serving platter.
04 - Drizzle the skewers with olive oil and balsamic glaze if desired. Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper over the top.
05 - Present immediately, or chill for up to 1 hour prior to serving for optimal freshness.
