# What You Need:

01 - 16 cherry tomatoes
02 - 16 fresh basil leaves

→ Cheese

03 - 16 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)

04 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

01 - Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly, then pat dry.
02 - Drain the mozzarella balls to remove excess moisture.
03 - Thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf (folded if large), and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer or toothpick.
04 - Place the assembled skewers neatly on a serving platter.
05 - Evenly drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the skewers.
06 - Lightly sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper over the skewers and serve immediately.
