# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
02 - Combine the dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until fully melted and smooth, then remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
03 - Whisk in the granulated sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly after each addition.
04 - Stir in vanilla extract and sea salt until the mixture is uniform.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.
