# Directions:
01 - Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to reach temperature.
02 - In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese and cream cheese, processing until completely smooth with no lumps remaining.
03 - Transfer blended cheeses to a large mixing bowl. Add shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
04 - Stir in half of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses until fully incorporated.
05 - Spread the dip mixture evenly into a greased 8-inch baking dish, creating an even layer.
06 - Distribute the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheeses evenly across the top of the dip.
07 - Place in preheated oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until the dip is hot throughout and the cheese is bubbly.
08 - Optional step: Broil for 2 to 3 minutes for a golden, bubbly top finish.
